- We will respond to your booking enquiries as soon as possible, (usually within 24 hours).
- In order to guarantee your booking we require a 25% deposit of the total reservation cost. Upon clearance of deposit amount, we will send you a confirmation e mail for your records.
- Payments for deposits or balance payments can take place either with Bank wire transfers or credit cards, (Visa or Master card).
- For deposits made by credit cards we will need to have all credit card details:
- Name on credit card
- Number of credit card
- Expiry date
- 3 Digit code at back of card, (CVC)
- To guarantee your reservation, we will charge a 25% deposit on your card.
If you decide to cancel your Booking with Regina Studios, please be aware of the following:
Excludes the Non Refundable, reduced rates!
- 31 days prior to arrival date 25% refund, (your initial deposit amount).
- 30 - 21 days prior to arrival you will pay 50% of the total cost of reservation.
- 20 - 0 days prior to arrival you will pay 100% of the total cost of reservation.
Refunds will not be issued for early departures.
Non-shows will be treated as cancellations. Regina studios will retain full payment of deposit or balance payment amounts.
